Core Values

At Own Heliopolis International Schools we seek to hold ourselves and each of our team members accountable for demonstrating the school core values every day.

Our core values define our aspiration of how we interact together as teammates, as well as with the children, families and communities that we serve.

  • 1-Integrity

Being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.

  • 2-Mutual Respect​

Understanding that we all don’t share the same beliefs and values .

We do not compromise when it comes to our ethical standards. We hold each other accountable to doing things the right way

We believe in working together, especially in a joint intellectual effort.

We understand that we will not achieve the impact we seek without sustained dedication to delivering value.

Everyone shows loyalty to the school, and is willing to support and show care for those who need help.

BELIEFS

  • Students learning needs are the primary focus of all decisions impacting the school educational program.
  • Each student is a valued individually with unique intellectual, physical, social, and emotional needs.

  • All students are capable of learning, and need to apply their learning skills in meaningful contexts.

  • A student’s self-esteem is enhanced by positive relationships and mutual respect among students, staff members and administrative staff.
