Process

OWN Heliopolis School embraces a diverse community of learners from various backgrounds. Our selective admissions process, led by experienced educators, ensures a high academic standard and balanced classroom environments. We foster an engaging learning experience through research projects, quizzes, presentations, and practical applications.

Once we receive your application, our admissions team will review it and contact you to schedule a visit to our admissions and cashier offices. During your visit, we will provide all necessary information and schedule an entrance exam based on your chosen division and grade level.

Applicants who meet our academic criteria will be invited to a family interview with the department head. In this interview, we assess the applicant’s English proficiency and overall conduct.

Up to this point, no fees or documents are required. We will inform you of your application status promptly, either through an acceptance email or a phone call.

If your child is accepted, we invite you to visit the admissions office to complete the enrollment process. This involves submitting the required documents and paying the initial deposit. You will then meet with our student affairs office to receive detailed instructions on obtaining and legalizing any necessary certificates.
